The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Cannon leadership team to provide a wide range of support.
The role will require a wide range of skills. At its core, it will be focused on organizing and helping the team accomplish the objectives of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Organize daily workflow and select calendars
- Coordinate meetings, events, and be responsible for related materials both prior to as well as after
- Prepare notes for and from various meetings including client, Leadership, and Board
- Review and response of incoming email and other communications on behalf of the Executive as directed
- Maintain polite and professional communication in all mediums
- Devising and maintaining select office systems, including data management and filing
- Conduct research and present findings clearly and concisely
- Produce documents, reports, and presentations
- Typing / word processing and other clerical items
- Organizing travel and making appropriate preparations for travel itineraries
- Dictation while Executives travel and execution of tasks while the Executives are traveling
- Provide general administrative support
- Project and list management for Executives
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Outstanding ability to think creatively to identify and resolve problems
